RNR Tire Express

Exceptional Service and Expertise! "NRN Tires in Sarasota is simply the best! The customer service here is top-notch. The manager, Jason, is incredibly kind and welcoming. However, Efrain (who goes by 'E') truly takes the prize! He is exceptionally patient, knows everything about their inventory, and is perfectly bilingual in English and Spanish, which makes the whole process so easy. On top of his vast knowledge, E is incredibly charismatic and has great presentation. If you need tires and want an honest, friendly, and professional experience, look no further. Highly recommend asking for E!" UPDATE I cannot overstate how satisfied I am with the results! I also want to give a special mention to Berry, who was i signed to installing my rims. He was incredibly kind, even offering me water while I waited, and provided such exceptional customer service that he truly made me feel special. Thank you for the wonderful experience!"

Pulled into a gas station with a flat and didn’t have a jack for my truck. Saw their van and Barry was so helpful. He jacked the truck up and helped us get on our way. Thanks Barry for the awesome service!

Had a flat on the highway and pulled over to nearest 7-11. Fun fact: the air compressor was out of order. Now we were grilled. Thankfully, by the grace of God, Barry was filling up and offered to switch on the spare. Great Family Guy, always thankful for the blessing of meeting him.

So I’ve been their customer for many years now. And their service just keeps getting better and better! And their staff is amazing. Jason is very helpful with getting the job done in a timely manner. Also, I like how he listens to my concerns. You don’t need to have credit to buy from them. They’ll help you get your tires or brakes done on a weekly, biweekly or monthly payment plan. They will work with you.

I called close to closing because I had a screw in my tire. The store manager was kind and empathic and was willing to fix my tire the same night, even though it meant staying late. This kind of customer service is rare these days. I’m a first time customer, but now won’t be going anywhere else for tires.
